I Heart Horror Day Co. returns on Saturday, February 6, 2027, at VFW Post 4699 in Sayreville, New Jersey.

Volunteer Shirt Inclusion Cutoff: January 4, 2027

Legal Disclosure

I Heart Horror Day Co. is a non-profit organization; however, we are not tax-exempt.

Sponsorship contributions are used to help cover event expenses and support the Deborah Heart & Lung Center of New Jersey.

While sponsorship may provide significant visibility and promotional opportunities, sponsorship does not guarantee any specific return on investment.

All sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.

Placement of a sponsor's business name, logo, or other submitted materials on promotional materials, volunteer shirts, event signage, or other event-related materials is contingent upon the timely submission of all required assets.

The cutoff date for inclusion on 2027 volunteer shirts is January 4, 2027. Materials received after this date cannot be guaranteed placement on volunteer shirts.

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

By becoming a sponsor of I Heart Horror Day Co.'s event, EYEGORE’S FOO ON LUNACY, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sponsorship Agreement

The sponsorship agreement becomes effective upon receipt of payment and confirmation by I Heart Horror Day Co.

Once confirmed, the sponsor agrees to provide their business card, logo, and any other necessary materials by the specified deadlines.

Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsorship benefits, as outlined in the applicable sponsorship tier, will be provided as described.

However, I Heart Horror Day Co. reserves the right to modify sponsorship benefits if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or changes related to the event. Any significant changes will be communicated to the sponsor as promptly as reasonably possible.

Use of Sponsor Materials

I Heart Horror Day Co. will use the sponsor's business card, logo, name, and other provided materials solely for event-related promotional purposes consistent with the sponsorship benefits.

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are accurate and that they have the legal right to provide and authorize the use of those materials.

Submitted materials must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other rights of any third party.

I Heart Horror Day Co. is not responsible for errors contained in materials supplied by sponsors.

No Endorsement

Sponsorship of EYEGORE’S FOO ON LUNACY does not constitute or imply an endorsement by I Heart Horror Day Co. of the sponsor, its products, its services, or its business practices.

Payment Processing

All sponsorship payments will be processed through the Deborah Heart & Lung Center of New Jersey.
