Contributions are non-refundable, and the placement of your business name or logo on promotional materials, volunteer shirts, or event signage is contingent upon timely submission of required assets. The cutoff date for inclusion on volunteer shirts is January 2nd, 2025
Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
By becoming a sponsor of I Heart Horror Day Co.'s event, "Beware of the Groundhogzilla," you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Sponsorship Agreement:
The sponsorship agreement becomes effective upon receipt of payment and confirmation by I Heart Horror Day Co. Once confirmed, the sponsor agrees to provide their business card, logo, and other necessary materials by the specified deadlines.
Sponsorship Benefits:
Sponsorship benefits, as outlined in the sponsorship tiers, will be provided as described. However, I Heart Horror Day Co. reserves the right to modify these benefits if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated promptly to the sponsor.
Use of Sponsor’s Materials:
I Heart Horror Day Co. will use the sponsor's business card, logo, and other provided materials solely for the purposes of event promotion as described in the sponsorship benefits. Sponsors must ensure that all provided materials are accurate and do not infringe on any third-party rights. I Heart Horror Day Co. is not responsible for errors in the materials provided by sponsors.
No Endorsement:
Sponsorship does not imply endorsement of the sponsor’s products or services by I Heart Horror Day Co.
Payment Processing:
All sponsorship payments will be processed through Deborah Heart and Lung Center of New Jersey.
